Step 3: fix with client reviews
We run your client reviews without you in the room.
Trained Client Review Managers review the clients below your profitability threshold. They work under your brand, inside your Intelliflo and to your process. Your advisers keep their time for the clients who need advice.
What happens in a review
The same review your adviser would run, without your adviser
Contact and scheduling
We contact each client under your firm’s name and book the review at a time that suits them.
A structured conversation
Circumstances, objectives, contact preferences and any changes since last year, using your review template. No product discussion and no recommendations.
Vulnerability screening
Every review includes a structured vulnerability check. Anything flagged goes to your adviser with full context.
Documented in your system
File note, outcome record and follow-up actions recorded in your Intelliflo, so the evidence sits where your compliance team expects it.
When a review needs an adviser
A change in circumstances, a complaint, a vulnerability flag or a request for advice goes back to your adviser with a briefing note, so the adviser starts the conversation with full context. Escalation criteria are agreed with your compliance team before the first review.
Getting started
From first call to full rollout
First call
We look at your client segments, review backlog and process, and agree which clients are in scope. Firms can start with the clients Pillar Lens shows are below their profitability threshold.
Access and set-up
You give our Client Review Managers user access to your Intelliflo. Your compliance team signs off the review template and the escalation criteria. A data processing agreement is signed first.
A first batch
We review a defined first batch. You see every file note, outcome and escalation before deciding on a full rollout.
Full rollout
The whole segment on a structured annual cycle, with reporting on completions, escalations and outcomes.
Quality and control
Your firm keeps regulatory responsibility. We make it easy to evidence.
Your process, not ours
We follow your review template, your documentation standard and your escalation criteria. The output reads as your firm’s because it follows your rules.
A clear advice boundary
Client Review Managers do not give advice and do not judge suitability. Anything that needs an adviser goes back to one, with a briefing note.
Trained Client Review Managers
Trained by Pillar in your review process, vulnerability screening and escalation. They do not discuss products.
Reporting you can check
Reporting on review volumes, escalations and outcomes, all traceable to the records in your own system.
Pillar is not authorised by the FCA and gives no regulated advice. Reviews run under your firm’s permissions and compliance framework. Read more on security and compliance.
