We log into your Intelliflo instance directly. No data is extracted or stored outside your system. Our relationship managers work inside your back office, the same way your own staff would.

What happens if a review surfaces a problem?

We escalate it to your adviser with a full briefing. Clear criteria are agreed upfront so there are no grey areas. Roughly 10% of reviews result in an escalation. The other 90% are handled without adviser involvement.

How long does onboarding take?

Most firms are live within 2-3 weeks. We need access to your Intelliflo, your review templates, and agreement on the client segment. No long implementation projects.

Is this compliant with FCA regulations?

Yes. We operate under your firm's compliance framework. Every review generates Consumer Duty evidence stored in your system. We don't provide advice. We conduct the review and document the outcomes.

No. We handle the annual review conversation for your long-tail clients. Your advisers stay focused on high-value relationships. When we find something that needs adviser attention, we hand it over.
