Client segmentation

We work with you to identify the client segment for outsourced reviews. Typically these are clients below your commercial review threshold who still need annual contact under Consumer Duty.

Structured annual reviews

Escalation and handover

Roughly 10% of reviews surface something that needs adviser attention. We flag it, brief it, and hand it over with full context. The other 90% are handled without touching your advisers.
