Priced by adviser count, not book size
The subscription covers the Pillar portal and the quarterly board and Consumer Duty reports. The diagnostic is a single, one-off snapshot of your book.

Client reviews
£450 per client reviewed
Charged when a review is completed and invoiced monthly, so a month with more completed reviews carries a larger invoice.
Using both
Your Pillar Lens fee is credited against your client review fees. Lens shows you which clients are below your profitability threshold. The review service deals with them.
